Brow Bar
Bookings require prepayment to secure a slot. We require 30 minutes to reschedule a single brow bar booking, 24 hours for a face thread and one hour for multiple bookings. Failure to observe this notice period may result in the client being liable for the cost of the treatment should Beautylase not be able to re-allocate the time slot to someone else. Please collect your ticket at reception prior to your booking. Purchasing a course of treatments entitles the buyer to price reductions through the commitment of multiple visits for an identical treatment. The brow bar and the treatment centre operate independently. Please inform reception if you are having treatments after your visit to the brow bar and vice versa. A reminder text is sent for treatments.
Treatment Bookings
All bookings for treatments are to be guaranteed by credit/debit card. If using a gift card, the amount is debited on the day of booking and we are only able to reschedule provided 24 hours notice is given. Beautylase requires 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a treatment booking. Failure to observe this notice period may result in the client being liable for the cost of the treatment should Beautylase not be able to re-allocate the time slot to someone else.
Check-in
Please allow five minutes for checking-in, this takes place at the reception in the store. Check in 15 minutes early if you are having a facial for the first time. This will enable you to complete consultation forms without losing out on treatment time.
Noise
Please respect other guests having treatments by keeping noise levels to a minimum in the waiting area and treading softly down the stairs.
Courses
Purchasing a course of treatments entitles the buyer to price reductions through the commitment of multiple visits for an identical treatment. This price reduction DOES NOT apply on "Price-drop Tuesdays".
Child Policy
Minors must be seated and buggies must be placed facing their parent at the brow bar. If a baby is crying, treatment will be interrupted and rescheduled. Children under 12 cannot be left alone in the waiting area. The treatment area downstairs is for adults only. We are unable to look after babies or young children. Beautylase may invite mothers with small babies on designated days - please check at time of booking. In such instances, we can allocate up to 15 minutes extra time at no extra charge. Babies must be secured in buggies at all times and are their parent's responsibility.
Health Issues
Please advise us on any concerns or allergies you may have upon booking. IPL cannot be undertaken on skin which has been in the sun less than 3 weeks prior.
Disabilities
Please advise when booking on any special needs you may have.
